# About DoneOnce

DoneOnce is route and client software for small service businesses whose week repeats — a pool route, a lawn crew, a cleaning company, any trade where the same customers are visited on a cycle. It is built and operated by **IFENCEPRO LLC**, a Florida company, for businesses in the United States.

## Why it exists

Most crews of one to fifteen people run the week from a spreadsheet, a group chat and a notebook, and lose money to unbilled visits, forgotten estimates and late payments. DoneOnce puts the client book, the routes, the crew and the money in one app that the technician can use from the truck — by talking to it, if they prefer.

## How it is run

- **One price with everything in it**, and it stays low as the crew grows: $69 a month for up to 3 people, then $15 for each person from the 4th and $10 from the 11th — [pricing](/help/pricing). No feature tiers, no per-visit or per-payment fees, no contract.
- **Spanish as a first language, not a translation** — the app, the customer's links and emails, the help and the support.
- **Setup done with the business**: we import the client spreadsheet and draw the zones together with the owner, free, in English or Spanish.
- **Your money is yours**: card payments go to the business's own Stripe account; DoneOnce takes no cut of a customer's payment.
