# DoneOnce vs Housecall Pro

Housecall Pro is a polished, widely used field-service platform with strong customer-facing tools. This page is for a small route business deciding between the two, and it is fair about where Housecall Pro wins.

DoneOnce is one plan: $69 a month for up to 3 people, $15 per person from the 4th to the 10th, $10 per person from the 11th, everything included. Housecall Pro is three plans — Basic $79 (1 user), Essentials $189 (5 users), Max $329 (8 users, $35 per additional user) — and the features grow with the plan. At every team size in the table DoneOnce costs less; the gap widens as the crew grows.

Both offer online card payment. With DoneOnce the money goes to the business's own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rate (2.9% + 30¢) and DoneOnce takes no cut.

## Spanish

Housecall Pro deserves credit here: it offers a Spanish language option in the mobile app and a Spanish-speaking support team. DoneOnce goes further — the whole product is in Spanish for the owner, the office and the technician, and the customer side (estimate approval, payment link, emails) and the help articles are in Spanish as well.

## What each one is built for

Housecall Pro is built around the service call: online booking, dispatching, "on my way" texts, invoicing, review requests, a consumer financing option and a marketing suite. If your customers book one-off appointments and your office runs a dispatch board, it is a strong choice.

DoneOnce is built around the recurring route. Clients belong to zones by ZIP code; each technician gets a route per day in driving order, sent to Google Maps, Waze or Apple Maps; visits are logged on the route, by hand or by talking to the voice assistant; estimates with deposits and recurring subscriptions are approved by link; the payments center shows what every client owes and sends email reminders. All of that is included at every team size.

## Choose Housecall Pro if

- You need online booking, consumer financing or automated review requests today.
- Your work is mostly one-off service calls with a dispatcher.
- You want the largest set of integrations and add-ons.

## Choose DoneOnce if

- Your clients repeat on a weekly, biweekly or monthly cycle and you want the week to organize itself.
- Your crew or your customers speak Spanish, on both sides of the estimate.
- You want one all-in price that stays low as the team grows.
