# Jobber pricing by team size, from 1 to 15 users

Jobber sells its plans by team size: a plan for one person, and bundles of 5, 10 and 15 users, with users added one at a time in between. That makes "how much is Jobber?" a question with a different answer for every crew. This page works it out for each team size from 1 to 15, from Jobber's own pricing page, and says where the price jumps. It is written by DoneOnce, which sells a competing product, and says so where it comes up.

Jobber's prices were read on https://www.getjobber.com/pricing/ on 2026-09-30, in a real browser, with the team-size selector set to each size ("Just me", 2–5, 6–10 and 11–15 people) and the billing set to monthly with no commitment. The prices are the regular ones, before the introductory discount the page was showing that day. Plans change; check the page before deciding.

Per month, in U.S. dollars, before tax. Each cell is the cheapest published way to reach that team size on that plan: a bundle that already covers it, or a smaller bundle plus users added at $29 a month each, the price Jobber's plan cards give for an added user. Core is sold for "Just me" and takes one added user; Jobber's help center says to move to Connect to add more. The fourth plan, **Plus**, starts at the 5-user size: $499 for 5 users, $599 for 10 and $699 for 15. For **16 or more** people the page shows no price, only "Let's chat" and Contact Sales, so no number is given here for a team that size.

## Annual billing

Jobber also sells each plan billed annually, prepaid for the year, at a lower monthly rate. On 2026-09-30 the page showed these regular annual rates, per month, after the first-year offer it was running that day:

| Users included | Core | Connect | Grow | Plus |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 user | $29 | $99 | $149 | — |
| 5 users | — | $149 | $229 | $399 |
| 10 users | — | $229 | $299 | $449 |
| 15 users | — | $299 | $399 | $529 |

A dash means the plan is not sold at that size. Jobber's FAQ says an annual plan is billed for the full term at the start and the payment is non-refundable if you cancel during the year. There is also a monthly plan with a 12-month commitment; its price is not quoted here.

## Where the price jumps

- **The third person.** Core stops at two users, so a crew of three moves to Connect: from $78 to $197 a month.
- **Four people cost the same as five.** At four people, Connect's 5-user plan ($199) is cheaper than one user plus three added ($226), so a crew of four pays for five.
- **Every person past a bundle is $29.** Six people on Connect is $228, eight is $286; at ten the 10-user plan ($299) takes over.
- **Sixteen people has no published price.** The selector ends at 11–15; past that it is a sales call.

The plan also decides the features. Jobber's page lists what Connect adds to Core as automated client reminders, automatic payment collection, job checklists, quote and invoice follow-ups, QuickBooks Online sync, and time and expense tracking. Grow adds richer quotes with optional line items, automatic time tracking, job costing, two-way text messaging and custom workflow automations. So the cheapest plan that fits your team is not always the plan that has what you need; price the plan you would actually use.

## A flat price for a business whose week repeats

If most of your work is the same clients on a weekly, every-two-weeks or monthly cycle, such as a pool route, a lawn crew or a cleaning company, DoneOnce is priced differently: one plan with everything in it, $69 a month for a team of up to 3, $15 per person from the 4th to the 10th and $10 from the 11th. Zones by ZIP code put each client on the right day, each technician gets one route per day sent to Google Maps, Waze or Apple Maps, and recurring subscriptions are approved and paid from the customer's phone. Everyone can use it in Spanish, the owner on the phone included.

Be clear about what it does not have. DoneOnce has no QuickBooks sync, no online booking and no website builder, and texting customers is not live yet; reminders go by email. If you rely on those, Jobber is the better fit and this page has done its job by pricing it for you.
