Text message terms

DoneOnce text notifications ยท Effective September 27, 2026

These are the terms of the DoneOnce text notifications program: the texts a service business sends to its own customers through DoneOnce. They cover what you will receive, how you agreed to it, and how to stop.

Who sends these texts. The program is operated by IFENCEPRO LLC d/b/a DoneOnce, a Florida limited liability company, on behalf of the service businesses that use DoneOnce to run their visits. Every text starts with the name of the business it is sent for, followed by “via DoneOnce” (for example, “Blue Pool Co via DoneOnce: …”), so you always know both who is texting you and the platform sending for them.

If you have a question about a visit, ask the business. If you have a question about these texts, write to [email protected].

1. What you will receive

Only texts about service you already receive from the business. They are transactional:

Never marketing. This program does not send promotions, offers or advertising, and a business cannot use it for them.

2. How you opt in

A business texts you through DoneOnce only after you have agreed to it in one of these ways:

Consent is kept per business, with a record of how and when it was given. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase: you can receive the same service without them. No phone lists are bought, rented or imported.

3. How often

Message frequency varies with your service. It is typically 1 to 4 messages per visit, plus the replies in any conversation you start.

4. What it costs

Neither DoneOnce nor the business charges you for these texts. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

5. How to stop, and how to get help

You can also write to [email protected] and ask us to stop the texts to your number.

6. What the messages look like

Business names below are examples.

7. Your number and your privacy

Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their marketing. Your number is used only to send the texts described here for the business you agreed to, and it is passed only to the messaging provider that delivers them.

The rest is in our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

8. Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. A text can be late or lost for reasons outside our control, so do not rely on one as the only notice of something urgent.
