Housecall Pro pricing by team size

Housecall Pro sells three published plans, and each includes a set number of users: Basic 1, Essentials 5 and Max 8. What a crew pays therefore depends less on the price of a user than on which plan its size lands on. This page works it out for teams from 1 to 15 people, from Housecall Pro's own pricing page, and shows where a published price does not exist. It is written by DoneOnce, which sells a competing product, and says so where it comes up.

Housecall Pro's prices were read on https://www.housecallpro.com/pricing/ on 2026-09-30, in a real browser. The page builds its plan cards from a short quiz (industry, team size, goals), and the plan prices are in the page's own text: monthly billing, the regular price, before the introductory offers the page was showing that day. Plans change; check the page before deciding.

Per month, in U.S. dollars, before tax. Housecall Pro states an additional-user price only on Max, $35 a month per additional user. Basic lists 1 user and Essentials 5, with no published price for one more, so "not published" here means exactly that: the page gives no number, and none is guessed. In practice a second person means Essentials and a sixth means Max. The page also offers "tailored pricing information" through a demo; no price is published for it.

Annual billing

Paid yearly, the page lists lower monthly rates: Basic $59, Essentials $149 and Max $299 a month, for the same 1, 5 and 8 users. It does not state a separate annual price for an additional user on Max.

Why a small crew pays for the next plan

The jump is the plan, not the person. A second person on Housecall Pro means leaving Basic for Essentials, from $79 to $189 a month, because Basic lists one user and no price for a second. Three, four and five people then cost the same $189. The sixth person means leaving Essentials for Max, from $189 to $329. From the ninth person each one adds $35.

So per person, Housecall Pro costs the least at exactly 5 or exactly 8 people and the most at 2 and 6, where a crew pays for users it does not have.

What each plan adds

From the plan cards on the same page, on 2026-09-30:

Every plan includes live phone and chat support, the mobile app for iOS and Android, and, per the page, the app in English and Spanish. Housecall Pro's help center adds that on the phone some elements such as statuses and alerts stay in English, and customer notifications are sent in English.

The detail that matters most for a recurring business is the last one on Max: recurring service plans are listed on Max, the $329 plan. A crew whose income is maintenance agreements should price Max, not the first plan that fits its head count.

A flat price for a business whose week repeats

DoneOnce is built for the business whose clients repeat: the same people weekly, every two weeks or monthly, like a pool route, a lawn crew or a cleaning company. It has one plan with everything in it, recurring subscriptions included: $69 a month for a team of up to 3, $15 per person from the 4th to the 10th and $10 from the 11th. Zones by ZIP code put each client on the right day, each technician gets one route per day sent to Google Maps, Waze or Apple Maps, and subscriptions are approved and paid from the customer's phone. The owner, the office, the crew and the customer can each use it in Spanish.

What it does not have: online booking, consumer financing, QuickBooks sync, a sales proposal tool or an open API, and texting customers is not live yet; reminders go by email. If you need those, Housecall Pro is the better fit.
