DoneOnce is route and client software for small service businesses whose week repeats — a pool route, a lawn crew, a cleaning company, pressure washing, pest control, any trade where the same customers are visited on a cycle. It keeps four things in one app: the client book (properties, access notes, visit history, CSV import), the routes (zones by ZIP code, one route per technician per day, sent to Google Maps, Waze or Apple Maps), the crew (clock in and out, weekly timesheet, pay) and the money (estimates the customer approves from a link on their phone, online card payment, a payments center that shows what is owed and sends reminders by email). A voice assistant lets the technician on the route record visit updates and edit estimates by talking to the app, in English or Spanish.
